Our banana bread is made from ripe bananas, brown sugar, cinnamon tea, cake flour and plant butter. A modest amount of butter and sugar are used, to bring out the natural flavour and sugars in the bananas. The bread tastes like cake, a treat to be savoured slowly over a cup of tea or a good cup of coffee.
