This book is a culmination of recipes developed by Exotically Divine Pulse, a non-profit community organisation promoting a healthy lifestyle in the inner city of Johannesburg. Based at the historic Drill Hall, EDP has worked for over 5 years to develop these mouthwatering coconut based recipes. Zimtoti Bakery has also contributed its coconut-based recipes into this book.
